FLCR
selects high quality grown Arabica beans from coffee farms around the
world - Costa Rica, Kenya, Colombia, Hawaii, Peru... wherever quality
beans are produced. Next, we sample roast and cup constantly to ensure
consistent taste throughout the harvest season. Once the beans are tested
and approved they are ready for our small batch roasting process. This
process allows us to truly "roast to order". We take your order,
then roast the coffee, and deliver... usually within two days. All this
is done to ensure that you and your customers are getting the freshest
and highest quality product on the market.
This
freshly roasted coffee is supplied to over 150 cafes, restaurants, country
clubs and offices throughout the northeastern United States. Some popular
local accounts include Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Jines Restaurant, Fairport
Village Coffee, Earthtones Coffeehouse, Desert Skies Coffee, Rochester
Yacht Club and MacGregor's Restaurants.
Owners
Bob Cowdery and Larry Werges not only supply the coffee to people and
businesses, they are also known as the "Coffee Experts" in the western
New York region. They teach a course entitled "How to Start Your Own Coffee
Business" to new cafe owners and interested individuals, providing them
with the necessary professional guidance to be successful in this fast-growing
